Welsh Masters XC Championships

On Sunday 13th December is the Welsh Masters XC Champs being held at the Show Ground in Builth Wells, if you are 35 or over you can enter, we would like to see as many as possible from the Club running. If you wish to run please let me know by Sunday (Gwent League) at the latest, I'll only enter people who give me their names.

The fixtures for the forthcoming cross country season have now been confirmed and are as follows:

Sunday October 11 2009 - Newbridge Fields, Bridgend

Sunday November 8 2009 - University of Bath

Sunday December 6 2009 - Hestercombe Gardens, Taunton

Saturday February 13 2010 - Penlan Leisure Centre, Brecon

Saturday March 6 2010 - Blaise Castle, Bristol

The Welsh Inter-Regional Cross Country Championships will be held at Builth Wells on December 13. This event also incorporates the Welsh Masters Championships for individuals and teams.
