Hello and welcome to the Croups Llandow Duathlon. Here you will find all you need to know about entering the premier Duathlon in the Vale of Glamorgan*.
The Llandow Duathlon is the perfect taster or sharpener for multisport athletes. Three events over three months, all hosted at the excellent Llandow motor racing circuit - providing a safe and fast course for athletes and spectators. The race takes the format of a 2mile run/10mile bike/2mile run (all distances approximate). If you're running the circuit feels pretty flat, whilst your cycling, you'll notice the slight incline on the back straight.....
At a mere £10 per entrant, the prize list is extensive, with senior, age group and relay team prizes. We have a reputation for a relaxed evening event, albeit......with the odd rain shower. You can blame our beautiful location between the sea and the hills for that.
The NEW 2010 season is approaching
For those who are interested we will once again be putting on the Duathlons down at Llandow Race Circuit, the events start at 7.30pm and you can enter on the night. The Cost is £10 BTA Registered, £13 Non BTA. The event consists of 3k Run, 14k Bike, 3k Run.
