Chris ran 3.48:95 for the 1500M on the weekend. Can't remember what competiton it was for, but it needs mention.

I gues when it comes to the mile on Track night, weds 2nd June by the way! we'll all just have to hope he blows up really badly in that last 100m! like by about a minute!

Great stuff, Chris. Certainly don't know of any Croups who've run faster. I think Phil's PB is 3:51, which is the fastest I know of.
