Saturday 15th May National Masters Road Relays Sutton Park, Birmingham

For those of you over the age of 35. We would like to send a full quota of teams to this event so please support it. The Age Groups are: 35-39 ; 40-49; 50-59; 60+

Sat/Sun 12th/13th June Welsh Castles Relays

20 Stages over 2 days, 10 Saturday and 10 Sunday. The length of the stage varies from 8.6 miles to 13.3 miles, there are 6 Mountain stages (3 each day). Run as 20 mini races and the times for each stage added together to find the total time.

Wednesday 14th July Cosmeston Relays Cosmeston Park, Penarth

This is an off road event which is a Fig 8 course around Cosmeston, the teams are made up of 4 runners each running 3 miles. This is a popular event with the club and we normally enter several teams.

Saturday 16th October National 6 Stage Road Relays Sutton Park, Birmingham

This is another big event for the club to be involved in. It is a similar course to the 12 stage but not quite the same. We missed this in 2009, but we want to be there in 2010.

Remaining Cross Country fixtures

As we take a slight mid winter break for the Cross Country, I thought I'd take this opportunity to let you know the remaining dates and venues.
