Thanks for the query, Peter.  I am human and can make mistakes.

I hope that it helps explain some of the mysticism that seems to surround such calculations.

An attempt at an explanation.

No change at the top of Male and Female Championships but only 5 races + Best Parkrun remain. Next race - Run and Become, 4 miles, Friday, 9th July.
