I have managed to book my yoga teacher (Keith) for a 90 minute session on Tuesday 23rd March at 6pm.It'll be held in one of the rooms in the STAR Centre in glorious downtown Splott.
Will take names on Thursday and a few quid to ensure attendance but I doubt it'll be a huge sum, others can e-mail me to book a place.

Keith is well aware of how unbendy runners are so will temper the session accordingly. This is meant as a taster session and you will not be expected to achieve nirvana by the end of the class.



1. Another quiz. I have one ready prepared for either a Thursday (or other) night possibly nearer Easter? Either at the Club or at a separate venue for a change?
2. Another treasure hunt when the evenings get lighter. Was thinking of doing one down the Bay area this time?
3. A little different but a social/fitness idea. I know a yoga teacher who could do a one off taster Iyengar session for those who are interested. It'd be an introductory event for those who've been tempted but never felt brave enough. Great for core stability.

We'll get a 3-course meal and disco all for the reasonable price of £17.50 per head, a cash bar will also be available for the very few in the Club who partake of alcoholic beverages.

Others that should get honorable mentions for their upper lip growths (grown for the event in an ironic post-modern way as opposed to those for whom it is a lifestyle choice) include: Mick Tabor (Masters prize) and Nick Dukes (Used car salesman look alike).
